Our founder, Ozelle Jones, Jr. has been in the Commercial Loan industry for over twenty-five years and has been specializing in Commercial Real Estate Financing since 1991. Ozelle started his banking career with Bankers Trust Company and he has held the position of Vice President/Commercial Loans at Lloyds Bank, Sanwa Bank and Community Bank. In 1986, he received an MBA from Golden Gate University majoring in Commercial Banking. Ozelle looks at deals the Amergold Way "How can I get this deal done" rather than, Why not.

Amergold seeks clients who are primarily Owner/Users of Commercial and Industrial real estate properties including Churches, Adult Care Facilities, Hotels, Strip Malls, Gas Stations, Warehouses, Medical and Office Complexes.
Although we are located in California we can arrange financing for projects ranging in size from $300,000 to $10,000,000 throughout the United States.
